Do you guys think black veil brides will perform at warped tour on july 9?

I know Andy is hurt and needs to recover. i heard that they will have
to cancel some of the warped tour dates. But do any of u guys think
think they will perform july 9? I know Andy's health is more
important. Its my first time going to a concert and i just want to
know this.
